How do I update or change my email?

For Owners: To update your email address, you'll need to log into your billing portal. Once you update it, you'll be able to request a new magic link to log in from this new email.

For Admins: You cannot change your email. You'll have to delete your old account and create a new one. Here's how:

  1. In CodelessBot Dashboard, click on Settings in the sidebar.
  2. Then click on "My Team" up at the top.
  3. Then, click on the button "Add New Admin" and enter in your new email.
  4. Log out and try to log back in using your new email CodelessBot to make sure that it works.
  5. Then click on "My Team" up at the top.
  6. Next to your old email, click on the delete icon.
