Will I get notified for failed renewal payments?

Yes, when we are unable to charge a credit card upon renewal, the account owner will be notified.  You have 24 hours to resolve the payment before suspension takes effect.  If your account does go into suspension, the interactions will stop working but your data will remain in the system. You will not have the ability to create new access keys, counters, etc… until payment is resolved.

If an account remains suspended for over 30 days, then the data is PERMANENTLY removed from our system.
